Site Settings are any setting that may apply to the entire website.

From the Site Settings sidebar menu you can update:

The site title
The page that will be used as the homepage
The page that will be used as the 404 page.
The site language
Timezone
Schedule Link. This will override what the schedule link dynamic tag will link to.
Disable the global footer
Set the logo and favicon
The SEO details like No Index and No follow
What PatientEngage account and website are associated with the site
Analytics
Code snippets
View what domain is associated with the site
Redirects
Apply Schema
And view/apply the previous revisions made to the site settings and theme.
